IWD/Truck Pride Adds Two New Members

Independent Warehouse Distributors, LLC (IWD) this week announced the addition of two new members to its group. Philipsburg, Pa.-based Bar Industrial, doing business as RP Supply, has joined IWD. Also new to IWD is Valley Truck Parts & Service, located in East Grand Forks, Minn.

NEW HAVEN, CT– Independent Warehouse Distributors, LLC (IWD) this week announced the addition of two new members to its group. Philipsburg, Pa.-based Bar Industrial, doing business as RP Supply, has joined IWD.

BAR Industrial has been servicing a niche market of mines, quarries and local trucking companies for 30 years. They service a 150 mile radius area from their location in Phillipsburg. The business is owned by Robert Anderson and J.D. Rubal.

Also new to IWD is Valley Truck Parts & Service, located in East Grand Forks, Minn. For 15 years, the company has been servicing a 150 mile radius area from its location in East Grand Forks. The company offers both parts and drive-in service for vehicles ranging from the family auto to farm and over the road heavy-duty vehicles. The company is led by President Steve Corcoran.

IWD, which is comprised of the Auto Pride Automotive Division and the Truck Pride Heavy Duty/Fleet Division, was founded in 1985. Starting with a core of 15 warehouse distributors in the Northeast, the group has grown to become an international distribution network with more than 800 member locations in the United States and Canada.
