LAKELAND, Fla. Effective Dec. 1, 2013, Nellda Clark added to her responsibilities as Integrated Supply Network’s vice president of sales and service. Clark is now responsible for all sales and customer service departments of Integrated Supply Network (ISN), adding mobile sales, export and the customer service departments to her list of national accounts, stationary sales and the e-commerce department. In addition to these traditional ISN divisions, Clark will include the former Preferred Tool & Equipment outside sales force in her team.
ISN’s recent acquisition of Preferred Tool & Equipment out of Wixom, Mich., only reinforces the importance of Clark’s added responsibility, the company states.
Initiatives are under way to ensure that sales and customer service transition smoothly and are unified for success. Clark says she is focused on driving excellence into every aspect of the customer experience, including sales support and service, marketing tools and product education.
“We will strive to blend best practices from each aspect of the business in order to create a unified customer experience unequal to any other in the automotive aftermarket,” Clark said.
Clark has more than 21 years of industry experience. For the past 12 years she was responsible for national accounts, mobile and retail storefront sales. Clark’s nine years in purchasing and marketing round out her experience that will drive ISN forward.
"I am confident that gathering all sales areas under a leader who has this kind of experience, knowledge and an understanding of both the sales process and the customer will improve communications, remove barriers and drive growth," said John Snowden, senior vice president of sales and marketing for ISN.
Integrated Supply Network, founded in 1972, is one the nation’s largest independent automotive and light industrial tool and equipment specialists, serving wholesalers and distributors around the world.
