Hercules Tire Names Steve Baginski Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration

Hercules Tire & Rubber Co. has appointed Steve Baginski to the position of executive vice president of finance & administration. Baginski is responsible for accounting and finance, human resources, information technology and legal counsel for Hercules. He previously served as senior vice president of brand finance for Columbus, Ohio-based Limited Brands Inc.

FINDLAY, Ohio — Hercules Tire & Rubber Co. has appointed Steve Baginski to the position of executive vice president of finance & administration.

Baginski is responsible for accounting and finance, human resources, information technology and legal counsel for Hercules Tire & Rubber Co. “Steve will be instrumental in driving our global growth initiatives forward through identification and implementation of best practices in domestic and international operations at Hercules Tire,” said Larry Seawell, president and CEO.

Baginski previously served as senior vice president of brand finance for Columbus, Ohio-based Limited Brands Inc. For eight years, he held various roles of increasing responsibility within the realms of information technology, supply chain management and finance.

“I’m pleased to join the Hercules Tire team and look forward to being a part of the dynamic growth of this company,” adds Baginski.

Baginski is originally from Providence, R.I. He graduated with a master’s degree in business administration from Cornell University.

Steve and his wife Melissa and three sons will be relocating to Northwest Ohio in the coming months.
