STOCKHOLM – Haldex’ Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Andreas Ekberg, has announced his resignation in order to pursue another career opportunity outside the company. To assist with the transition, Ekberg will remain in his position until September 2015.
Haldex says it will initiate a search for a new CFO, starting promptly.

With his 17 years in the company, he has been instrumental in the transformation of Haldex and our way towards profitable growth. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors,” said Bo Annvik, president and CEO for Haldex.
