Hadley Receives Daimler Masters Of Quality Award

The annual program, now in its 28th year, recognizes outstanding suppliers that have received high scores on their quality, delivery, technology and cost performance as measured on a balanced scorecard.

Hadley Daimler - Masters of QualityHadley, a leader in truck and transit products, was honored by Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) with the Masters of Quality Supplier Award for 2014 quality excellence. The award was presented by DTNA’s Sean Taggart, supplier management quality engineer, to employees at the company’s global headquarters in Grandville, Michigan, during an on-site ceremony.

Hadley supplies air horns, mechanical and electronic height control systems and mirror systems to Daimler Truck North America’s Freightliner brand. Fewer than 10 percent of the more than 1,000 companies currently supplying Daimler received the 2014 Masters of Quality Supplier Award. The Masters of Quality award is the highest recognition Daimler Trucks North America gives to its suppliers.

“We are proud to be among the suppliers recognized by the world’s largest truck manufacturer with this prestigious award,” said Thomas Bronz, president. “Further, it a privilege to be one of only 26 award-winning suppliers to have reached the 5-year recipient status.”
