Gold Eagle Co. Named Top Workplace In Chicago For Fourth Year In A Row

The company also announced an expansion of its Chicago headquarters.

Gold Eagle - LogoGold Eagle Co. has been named a top workplace by the Chicago Tribune for the fourth consecutive year. The Top 100 Workplaces program identifies leading Chicago businesses that have received positive response from employee surveys and identified Gold Eagle as an “Achiever” in the manufacturing category.

To determine the final list for the Tribune, WorkplaceDynamics, a workplace survey and improvement specialist, conducted an engagement survey of Chicago-area employers with at least 100 employees. The survey asked questions related to employee sentiments toward their workplace, using a seven-point scale. The questions focused on issues such as the direction of the company, as well as execution and connection to the company and its mission. According to Gold Eagle management, the company’s mission is to provide premium chemistry-related products that protect, preserve and enhance consumers’ lives and durable goods to help sustain the environment.

Related to the topic of growth, Gold Eagle announced it is expanding its footprint in Chicago to supports its growing business and workforce. The Gold Eagle offices are currently under construction, including an extensive renovation and build that will add state-of-the-art work spaces to the existing building that houses both corporate and manufacturing on-site.
