CHICAGO — – Gold Eagle Co. is revving up its engines to sponsor the first Chi-Town STA-BIL Kruze, on Saturday, June 4 in Chicago. The Kruze is the first event of its kind in the Chicago area. Vintage autos will join the regular traffic. Anyone with a street-legal automobile can participate free of charge, although classic street rods and antique cars are preferred.
The Kruze also includes a custom car show. Participation is limited to the first 750 pre-1980 model vehicles and requires a $20 registration fee. There is no charge for spectators, and the event will include sponsor booths as well as merchandise and food vendors.
“As America’s top selling fuel stabilizer, STA-BIL is a favorite of classic car owners because it helps their autos stay in collectible shape,” said John Zillmer, STA-BIL brand manager for Gold Eagle Co. “We’re excited to sponsor this event where so many custom and vintage cars will be displayed.”
