GMB Says New Enhanced North America Website Promises ‘A Direct Route To The Right Part’

The new GMB North America website redesign offers a clean, modern design, is mobile friendly, and includes easy access to content for techs, installers and jobbers.

GMB North America has launched a complete overhaul of its website at gmb.net. The global OEM and aftermarket parts manufacturer and supplier now offers part lookup search front and center, giving site users a clear path to the part number they need.  GMB’s cross-reference search option makes the process even quicker. The new GMB North America website redesign offers a clean, modern design, is mobile friendly, and includes easy access to content for techs, installers and jobbers.

“Techs, installers and jobbers are busy people,” said Sarah Porter, marketing manager at GMB North America. “This new site design makes it even quicker to locate the correct part. The cross-reference search feature saves a lot of time if the tech is holding, say, an OEM water pump and just types in the part number. Our new search will immediately direct the customer to the matching GMB replacement part. With the growing demand for GMB parts, our increasing product line and coverage applications, it was important to make the user experience even better.”

The new site retains all of GMB’s valuable online tools, such as its U-joint lookup tool that requires only simple measurements to identify the correct part number. In addition, GMB’s comprehensive part lookup installation and solution-focused blog are easily accessible, the company says.

Under the heading “Tech Info,” the new site gives one-click access to GMB resources such as:

·      Details on new parts, supersessions and other product updates, searchable by part type and month;

·      GMB’s downloadable, heavy duty water pump buyer’s guide; and

·      A small library of troubleshooting and installation guides.

“Our motto is ‘Your success is our Future,’ and GMB builds products our customers trust,” Porter says. “We’re always striving to make sure the quality of our service matches the quality of our parts. This website redesign is another step in taking care of our customers.”
