Fras-le Announces Expanded Role for Randy Mordue

Mordue now has additional responsibility for the sales and marketing efforts of the company's North American commercial business unit. Previously, he was only responsible for the light vehicle segment. His added commercial responsibilities extend to both medium- and heavy-duty vehicles.

NORTHVILLE, Mich. – Fras-le North America Inc. has announced that Randy Mordue is now director of sales and marketing for the company’s North American commercial and light vehicle aftermarket. Previously, he was only responsible for the light vehicle segment. His added commercial responsibilities extend to both medium- and heavy-duty vehicles. He will continue to report to Fras-le’s Director of Operations Zomar Oliveira.

Mordue joined Fras-le in 2010 to increase the presence of Fras-le’s light-vehicle disc brake pad line in the automotive aftermarket throughout North America. He has more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, national account and new business development. Before joining Fras-le, Mordue was general manager of aftermarket and OES sales and marketing for Akebono Brake Corp.

"Randy’s expanded role helps unify all our sales efforts for the aftermarket under one director," said Oliveira. "This change will help us better extend service levels to our customers and corresponds with the planned addition of more sales professionals to enhance our commercial and light vehicle business."

To help bolster its aftermarket coverage, Fras-le recently added 317 new part numbers to its new 2011 catalog.

"I’m personally excited about the additional responsibilities," said Mordue. "I look forward to driving the relationships with our automotive and commercial customers forward."
