FleetPride Acquires Charlebois Truck Parts Locations In Vermont And New York  

The Charlebois Truck Parts acquisition builds upon FleetPride's record-setting growth in 2015 with sales that surpassed $1 billion.

FleetPride-logoFleetPride Inc., one of the nation’s largest independent distributors of aftermarket heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, has acquired the assets of Charlebois Truck Parts locations, owned by Roger Charlebois, in the Vermont and New York markets.

Today, we are pleased to announce the addition of the Charlebois Truck Parts Co. and their talented employees to the FleetPride family,” said Al Dragone, CEO of FleetPride. “At FleetPride, we endeavor to be the first choice in heavy-duty aftermarket truck parts.”

The Charlebois Truck Parts acquisition builds upon FleetPride’s record-setting growth in 2015 with sales that surpassed $1 billion. The company’s Burlington, Rutland and Swanton, Vermont, and Plattsburgh, New York, locations have added to FleetPride’s northeastern U.S. network of 79 locations.
