BETHESDA, Md. The Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) has announced the first recipients of its inaugural AAIA Impact Awards, honoring four aftermarket professionals, age 45 or younger, who have made remarkable contributions within the aftermarket industry.
The 2010 winners are:
Corey Bartlett, president, Automotive Parts Headquarters Inc.
Jim Dykstra, owner, Dykstra’s Auto Service Inc.
Kristen Felder, 0wner/Founder, Collision Hub
John Treece, president and CEO, Atlantic Automotive Enterprises LLC
“We are so proud of the first-ever recipients of the AAIA Impact Award, honoring the next generation of aftermarket leaders,” said Kathleen Schmatz, AAIA president and CEO. “These four dynamic winners are already making significant contributions to our industry early in their careers, and we are delighted to have the opportunity to applaud these ambitious young professionals.”
The four winners were selected by the AAIA Marketing and Member Relations Committee on behalf of the association from a slate of 37 deserving nominees, all aged 45 or younger. The recipients will be recognized at AAIA’s Town Hall breakfast at AAPEX, Wednesday, Nov. 3 at The Venetian in Las Vegas. They will also be featured in the AAPEX Express and Aftermarket Insider publications, as well as on AMN in the coming weeks.
