Federated Auto Parts Becomes a Brembo Distributor

Federated's network of 4,200 stores will offer Brembo's premium brake rotors.

PLYMOUTH, Mich. – Continuing its efforts to increase access to its offering of premium brakes for the North American market, Brembo today announced the addition of Federated Auto Parts to the company’s list of distributors.

“Brembo’s customers read like the ‘Who’s Who’ of the automotive and motorcycle industries,” said Ferde Sanders, aftermarket manager of Brembo North America. “We are proud to now add Federated Auto Parts as one of our key aftermarket customers in North America.

“With the selected distribution model of our premium aftermarket range, we believe that this is a unique opportunity for Federated members to be able to offer quality braking products developed from our 50-year heritage with OE manufacturers and race teams to their great customers,” Sanders added.

“Federated is known for supplying top-quality, name brand parts, and Brembo is recognized as an industry leader in disc brake technology, so it made perfect sense to add Brembo to our product line up,” said Rusty Bishop, CEO of Federated Auto Parts. “We are proud to partner with Brembo and supply their innovative brake components to our professional service technician customers.”

Brembo is an acknowledged leader in high-performance brake systems, and is the exclusive supplier of brakes for the IZOD IndyCar series. The company recently announced several product innovations, including new UV coating technology engineered for its leading OE customers with a unique metallic finish developed exclusively for the aftermarket.

The entire range of Brembo Aftermarket products can be accessed through www.brembo.com, and also appears in the Epicor and WHI catalogs.
