Federated Auto Parts announced it added the title sponsorship of two additional World of Outlaws races this season, the Sept. 16 race at the Placerville (California) Speedway and the race at the Sharon Speedway in Hartford, Ohio, on Sept. 23.
Federated also will be the primary sponsor of Logan Schuchart’s Shark Racing No. 1 sprint car for those two Federated-sponsored races, the company says.
Federated says it is in the first year of a multi-year agreement to sponsor the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car work area, select races and serve as title sponsor for the DIRTcar Nationals. At every World of Outlaws Sprint Car race this season, the work area at each track is designated as the Federated Car Care Work Zone.
“Federated members, customers and vendor partners have really taken advantage of our World of Outlaws sponsorship and we are looking forward to more hospitality opportunities especially at the venues where Federated is sponsoring the race,” said J.R. Bishop, director of event marketing and member services for Federated. “Our sponsorship of Logan Schuchart and Shark Racing is an exciting addition to the Federated racing program as the team is having a great season so far with Logan in the top five in the points standings and victories at Eldora Speedway and Huset’s Speedway earlier this year.”
