Epicor To Host Its Largest Customer Conference May 13-16 In Nashville

"Insights 2013" will take place May 13-16 at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, Tenn. Epicor expects to welcome more than 3,000 users of its distribution, enterprise resource planning (ERP), human capital management (HCM), and retail solutions software at the event.

DUBLIN, Calif. – Epicor Software Corp. has announced it is hosting the largest global customer conference in the company’s more than 40-year history, next month.
 
"Insights 2013" will take place May 13-16 at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, Tenn. Epicor expects to welcome more than 3,000 users of its distribution, enterprise resource planning (ERP), human capital management (HCM), and retail solutions software at the event.
 
The global conference will bring together Epicor customers, partners and industry and product experts to collaborate on best practices, plans, tactics, strategies, solutions and insights. To kick off the conference on Tuesday morning, opening keynote speakers include Epicor President and CEO Pervez Qureshi and Epicor Chief Marketing Officer John Hiraoka. Qureshi and Hiraoka will share business highlights, market insights and how visionary technology drives business innovation.
 
“With our largest conference ever, Insights 2013 will showcase sessions from all aspects of the extended value chain and provide more opportunities for our customers worldwide to network with each other,” said Qureshi. “We are thrilled to engage and collaborate with customers to inspire innovation and creativity to enable more dynamic user experiences, valuable knowledge and insight that attendees will bring back to their organizations to gain the most benefit from their Epicor software solutions.”
 
Joe Montana, legendary NFL quarterback and author of “The Winning Spirit: 16 Timeless Principles That Drive Performance Excellence,” will provide the Wednesday, May 15, keynote address. Other keynote presentations will be delivered by Executive Vice President Research and Development Paul Farrell, Executive Vice President and General Manager Retail Distribution Craig McCollum, Executive Vice President and General Manager Retail Solutions Paul Salsgiver, Vice President ERP Product Marketing Malcolm Fox, Vice President Technology Strategy Erik Johnson, and Vice President Retail Solutions Marketing Ian Rawlins.
 
Following the keynote presentations, manufacturing, distribution, retail and services industry leaders will offer sessions on a wide range of topics including cloud computing, customer service and segmentation, enterprise IT management, human capital management, industrial manufacturing, innovations in wholesale distribution and more.
 
With more than 700 sessions available, Epicor customers will have the opportunity to select from dedicated education tracks focused specifically on their products and solutions. Insights attendees will benefit from:
· Customized schedule and network with experts for Epicor Eagle to explore industry-focused agendas and real-world collaboration.
· Engage and share ideas at the Solutions Pavilion, where partners can highlight new and add-on products and services, and provide hands-on troubleshooting to address individual questions.
· Hands-on training sessions to learn how to get more from their Epicor solutions; also offering extended education sessions Sunday and Monday just prior to Insights at only $250 (valued at $495).
 
At the end of the conference, customers are invited for an exclusive show at the Grand Ole Opry.
