Duane Rouse Named President and CFO of ABRA Auto Body & Glass

MINNEAPOLIS — ABRA Auto Body & Glass, a national damaged vehicle repair company, has announced the appointment of Duane Rouse, currently executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO), to the position of president and CFO.

Rouse joined ABRA in 1996 as vice president of finance, chief financial officer and treasurer. In 1998, he was promoted to executive vice president, chief financial officer, secretary and treasurer. Rouse is a certified public accountant with a degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin at LaCrosse. He was employed by Price Waterhouse and held senior management positions in several companies prior to joining ABRA.

During his employment with ABRA, Rouse has helped lead the company in expanding to 98 collision repair centers in 11 states, with additional growth in the pipeline.
