Dr. Patrick Hupperich Named President And CEO Of FEV Inc.

Company announces retirement of longtime President and CEO Gary Rogers.

AUBURN HILLS, Mich. – FEV Inc., the U.S. division of FEV GmbH, has announced that Dr. Patrick Hupperich has been named the president and CEO of the division. The announcement was made upon the retirement of Gary Rogers, longtime president and CEO.
 
FEV Group president and CEO Prof. Stefan Pischinger made the announcement.
 
Dr. Hupperich’s FEV career spans a period of 25 years. He previously held various management positions in the area of powertrain engineering and production development. In his most recent role as vice president for FEV Inc.’s Commercial Engines, Advanced Applications and Test Systems strategic business units, Hupperich oversaw the growth and diversification of the company’s large and heavy-duty engine business and FEV Inc.’s accomplishments as a general contractor and turn-key supplier of state-of-the-art test facilities. Hupperich holds masters and doctoral degrees in mechanical engineering from Aachen Technical University. In his new role as president and CEO of FEV Inc., Hupperich will report to FEV group president and CEO, Prof. Stefan Pischinger. Hupperich becomes FEV Inc.’s second president and CEO since the subsidiary was established in 1985.
 
"FEV is indebted to Gary for his vision and leadership," said Prof. Pischinger. "Gary has been instrumental in the growth of FEV’s North American business over the years. We thank him for his service and contributions to FEV globally, and look forward to the continued growth and expansion of the company’s North American business under Dr. Hupperich."
 
Pischinger went on to say that FEV customers and employees should expect business to continue as usual under the direction of Dr. Hupperich. The current executive team remains in place, and customers can be assured of continuity in the innovative engineering services and technology offerings that FEV has become well known for.
