Doris Barnes Joins Elite Worldwide as Sales Trainer

In her new role, Barnes will utilize her years of experience as a service consultant at one of America's premier Mercedes-Benz dealerships to help service advisers increase their sales and CSI scores.

RANCHO SANTA FE, Calif. – Elite Worldwide has announced that Doris Barnes, a recognized former service consultant, has joined the company as its newest sales trainer.

In her new role, Barnes will utilize her years of experience as a service consultant at one of America’s premier Mercedes-Benz dealerships to help service advisers increase their sales and CSI scores.

For more than seven years, Barnes consistently ranked in the top 5 percent for customer satisfaction scores, and in the top 3 percent for service sales per repair order in one of the country’s most competitive regions (San Diego). While with Mercedes-Benz, she maintained a master level certification and was named AMG specialist. Due to her success in sales, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, she was selected by management to train other Mercedes-Benz employees.

“It is truly an honor to have a professional like Doris Barnes join our Elite team," said Bob Cooper, president of Elite Worldwide. "Not only does she have an extraordinary track record of success, but she has the ethics needed to help service advisers increase their sales and CSI scores the right way. There’s no doubt in my mind that the integral role she will play in our sales webinars, seminars and our advanced masters sales training will significantly increase the number of service advisers that Elite is able to help.”
