MEMPHIS, Tenn. CADNA Automotive Inc., licensee of well known premium brands Prestone, Autolite, FRAM and proprietary brand ARMOR MARK, has appointed Devin Hart as president and CEO, effective April 6. Hart has a longstanding and highly respected career in the automotive aftermarket that spans 15 years, most recently as vice president of sales and marketing for Disa Automotive Inc. Before Disa, he was director and national sales manager for Federal-Mogul Corp., where he held numerous management positions. Hart has a bachelor of science from San Diego University and an MBA/Finance degree from Auburn University.
He has served on AWDA and AAIA committees, and completed the executive development program, Leadership 2010, offered by the University of the Aftermarket. Additionally, in 2003, Hart has 20 years of service with the U.S. Naval Air Reserve and retired with the rank of Commander.
Hart commented, “I am pleased to be in the position to lead a company that has a reputation within the industry for implementing creative solutions in all aspects of product development, marketing and customer service. CADNA has enormous potential for growth in this rapidly changing global market. I feel confident in the future of the company and look forward to building on the company’s many successes to date.”
Chairman of the Board David Rognlien adds, “Devin is a highly accomplished leader with a wealth of knowledge and experience in sales, marketing and distribution. He is well-respected throughout the industry and has the right skill set to lead CADNA in this challenging business environment.”
He adds, “We wish Dan Clevenger the very best in his pursuit of a new career. Dan has done a superb job for us and has positioned the company well to achieve sustained growth. His efforts have made a positive lasting impression on CADNA.”
