David Wofford Joins National Pronto Association As Director Of Sales And Marketing

Wofford comes to Pronto from XL Parts Inc., Houston, Texas, where he was the sales manager for 15 years.

GRAPEVINE, Texas — David Wofford has joined National Pronto Association as the director of sales and marketing effective June 3. Wofford comes to Pronto from XL Parts Inc., Houston, Texas, where he was the sales manager for 15 years. Wofford had the opportunity to grow sales for various segments of XL Parts, which includes the technician base, dealer expediter, industrial accounts, fleets and heavy-duty division. Wofford brings more than 32 years of experience within the automotive aftermarket industry to Pronto.
 
“We are very happy to bring David into the Pronto Headquarters family," said Bill Maggs, president. "His significant experience at XL Parts in dealing with the professional installer base will be an asset to all marketing programs and promotions. We will leverage David’s past success with the Pronto Smart Choice Service Center program for the benefit of all members.”   

“I thrive on helping and teaching individuals to overcome the obstacles they are presented with during their daily journey," Wofford said. Wofford has been married for 32 years to Sandra Jo and they have two grown children; Alicia and Drew. Alicia is a graduate of Texas A&M with a degree in animal science and genetics. Drew graduated from Oklahoma University and has been commissioned as an officer in the Navy. Wofford and his wife will be relocating to the Grapevine, Texas, area.
