Cummins Engine President, LKQ CEO To Keynote Remanufacturing Conference

The conference, titled "Advancing Sustainability Through Remanufacturing," will take place Oct. 2 in Troy, Mich.

TROY, Mich. – Richard Freeland, vice president and president, engine business, Cummins Inc., and Robert Wagman, president and CEO, LKQ Corp., will deliver keynote addresses during a conference for remanufacturing and sustainability leaders on Oct. 2.
 
The conference – co-hosted by the Motor & Equipment Remanufacturers Association (MERA) and the Golisano Institute for Sustainability – will be held at the Michigan State University (MSU) Management Education Center in Troy, Mich. During their individual remarks, Freeland and Wagman will share their perspectives on leadership in remanufacturing and sustainability.
 
The agenda also will include a number of interactive discussions regarding collaboration on sustainability, reman investment opportunities and trends and expectations in the OE service channel in the automotive and commercial vehicle aftermarket.
