CRP Industries Names Eric Waxman Director of HR

Waxman joins CRP with over two decades of experience as an HR professional.

CRP Industries named Eric Waxman as the company’s director, human resources. In his role, Waxman will be responsible for all human resource functions across CRP Industries’ U.S. entities, including the company headquarters in Cranbury, NJ, as well as facilities in Conway, SC and Ann Arbor, MI.

Waxman joins CRP Industries with over two decades of experience as an HR professional, the company says.

In his new role, Waxman is tasked with ensuring all of CRP Industries’ Human Resources-related strategic and tactical needs are fully met, ensuring that staff have the required tools and support needed for their roles, and identifying and growing learning and development opportunities across the entire CRP organization.

Prior to joining CRP, Waxman served as senior director, HR for Educational Testing Service, the world’s largest education measurement and assessment organization, according to CRP.
