Crouse Promoted to Vice President, ABRA-Tennessee

MINNEAPOLIS — ABRA Auto Body & Glass, a national damaged vehicle repair company, has appointed Don Crouse as vice president of ABRA-Tennessee. In this position, Crouse will be responsible for leading repair centers in the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, performance excellence, revenue growth, estimate and repair quality and cycle-time enhancement.

Crouse joined ABRA in 1994, and served as general manager of both ABRA-Covington Pike and ABRA-Elmore Road. In May 2004 he was promoted to operations manager of the Tennessee market.

ABRA-Tennessee consists of six repair centers in the Memphis metro and one in Horn Lake, MS.
