CRC Industries Announces Sales Agency of the Year

Company recognizes outstanding contributions of its salespeople and agencies.

WARMINSTER, Pa. — CRC Industries, manufacturer of BRAKLEEN Brake Parts Cleaner and chemical specialties for maintenance and repair professionals and DIYers, has named Hirsig-Frazier as its Sales Agency of the Year for 2010. CRC presented the award at the company’s annual sales meeting last week at AAPEX in Las Vegas.

Hirsig-Frazier began representing CRC in 2009 in the territories of Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma.

According to Louis Fresta, vice president of sales and marketing for CRC, "We determined a list of attributes that we felt would set apart an outstanding sales agency. Some of these include: follow-through after the sales call, calling on and getting to know our installer users, selling the full catalog of CRC products, superior customer DC support, and what I like to call ‘all hands on deck.’ This means that all of the individual reps at this agency are fully engaged in selling our products and are bringing us active leads on a regular basis."

Fresta added, "Hirsig-Frazier was the unanimous choice for this award, and their performance in their first year with CRC exceeded expectations. We look forward to continued success and growth with this agency in the future."

CRC also recognized several outstanding individual sales representatives for their contributions in 2010:

Glenn Cattanach of Kitchin and Sons Inc. was chosen as Sales Rep of the Year for "consistently going above and beyond the call of duty," said Fresta.

Lynn Asher of Marketing Solutions Group LLC received the award for Agency Support Person of the Year. "Lynn has worked with our account for numerous years and has repeatedly been identified by CRC customers as an invaluable resource," Fresta said.

CRC also recognized Doug O’Brien of Grinold-O’Brien Sales Inc. "for contributing innovative ideas for new products and unique ways to market and promote them," said Fresta.
