CLEVELAND ContiTech’s Power Transmission Group is increasing its presence in North America. Based in Hanover, Germany, the global manufacturer of drive belts now wants to enhance its name recognition in North America, particularly in the do-it-yourself and do-it-for-me segments, while simultaneously increasing its market share.
“To boost our sales activities, we have intensified cooperation with our sales partners on a local level,” said Konrad Müller, general manager of ContiTech’s Power Transmission Group. ContiTech offers a special product range of timing belts, V-belts and multi-ribbed belts for the U.S. aftermarket that are built to original equipment specifications.
ContiTech has developed a new image brochure that provides a look into the company’s broad spectrum of operations as a development partner and manufacturer of drive belts and matched components, as well as belt drive systems. It provides information about ContiTech Power Transmission Group and its products and services, and is divided into eight sections, presenting the business unit and its areas of expertise in the field of materials technology, design and development, systems competence, production and planning, automotive aftermarket, industry and global presence.
The image brochure is available online as a PDF and can be downloaded at the company’s Web site, www.contitech.de.
