NEW ALBANY, Ohio — Commercial Vehicle Group Inc. (CVG) has appointed Gordon Boyd to the role of president of Seating Systems. Boyd will continue to report to Mervin Dunn, president and chief executive officer of Commercial Vehicle Group. In this role, Boyd will oversee the company’s global seating operations and growth initiatives as well as continue to focus on the development and growth of the company’s operations in China, Australia, India, Brazil and South Africa. Milt Kniss, executive vice president and general manager of Seating Systems, will report directly to Boyd.
