Commercial Tire Store Manager, Island of Guam, USA – Triple J

Qualified candidates must have at least 10 years' experience in the commercial tire industry or related tire field with at least 5 of those years in management.

Qualified candidates must have at least 10 years’ experience in the commercial tire industry or related tire field with at least 5 of those years in management.

Education
College degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and working knowledge of Tire Master (or equivalent) software a must.

Responsibilities
The store manager is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the store, measured by achievement of specific financial goals and objectives; while creating an environment of team work and high morale to ensure a “Customers First” experience. This includes managing all facets of sales, safety, budgeting, forecasting, expense control, inventory (asset) management and human resources. The store manager is responsible to ensure implementation of marketing strategies and maintains all operational requirements by implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Compensation
Provided is a competitive compensation package with a reasonable salary and substantial performance bonuses based on profitability and return on investment, along with a competitive benefit package which includes a 401k plan, medical and dental, company vehicle, gas and cell phone allowance.
