PHILADELPHIA — The editorial staff of aftermarketNews has confirmed that CARDONE Industries has purchased the assets of competing remanufacturer Crown Remanufacturing. Both companies are based in Philadelphia, PA.

Established in 1973, Crown evolved from a small, single line rebuilder to become one of the nation’s leading auto parts remanufacturers in the U.S. In recent years, the company focused its efforts on developing and implementing the re-engineering techniques and advanced manufacturing technologies needed for modern vehicle systems and electronic components.

CARDONE Industries, Inc. has been a leading global supplier of automotive products for more than 35 years. The company offers 50 product lines under seven divisions: brakes, drivetrain, electronics, motors, pumps, rotating electrical and steering.
