Car Care Council spokesperson Lauren Fix will be a guest on NBC’s “Today” show tomorrow to discuss preparing viewers cars for extreme winter weather. She will also provide safe driving tips during the winter season.

BETHESDA, MD — Car Care Council spokesperson Lauren Fix will be a guest on NBC’s “Today” show tomorrow to discuss preparing viewers cars for extreme winter weather. She will also provide safe driving tips during the winter season.

“Lauren has done a great job getting the ‘Be Car Care Aware” message out to the public,” said Rich White, executive director of the Car Care Council. “Lauren being asked to appear on “Today” illustrates the importance of preventative vehicle maintenance to the general public. It also shows how the Car Care Council is becoming the media’s source for information about vehicle care and repair as well as safety tips.”

Prior to her appearance on “Today,” Fix will make appearances on television stations in Cleveland, Detroit and Indianapolis, talking about the “Be Car Care Aware” campaign and providing winter weather car care tips.
