SMYRNA, TN — Beck/Arnley announced that Eileen Gann has been promoted to facility manager for its new warehouse and distribution center, which recently opened in Jamaica, N.Y. In this position, Gann will oversee all day-to-day operations at the facility. She will report to Patrick Freeman, Beck/Arnley’s operations manager.

“We would like to congratulate Eileen on her promotion to facility manager,” said Freeman. “She has been with the company for many years and definitely knows all of the ins-and-outs of running a warehouse. She is the perfect match for the position and I know she will do an excellent job. Eileen is originally from New York, so she has come full circle, with returning to the area that she grew up in.”

Gann began her career with Echlin in 1990 in the Branford, CT, distribution center. She started as a replenisher and worked her way to team lead, then to supervisor, where she oversaw picking and shipping. Once Echlin was acquired by Dana, Gann opted to move with the company to Nashville, TN, where she served as the process leader for the second shift – receiving, until recently relocating to Jamaica, NY, for the facility manager position.
