Bar’s Products Buys The Shaler Co.

Bar’s Products announced this week it has purchased The Shaler Co. and its Rislone brand of automotive chemicals. The acquisition became effective earlier this month. Rislone’s flagship product is the Rislone Engine Treatment. Other Rislone products include Rislone Ring Seal and Rislone 2-Cycle Engine Oil.

HOLLY, MI — Bar’s Products announced this week it has purchased The Shaler Co. and its Rislone brand of automotive chemicals. The acquisition became effective earlier this month.

Rislone’s flagship product is the Rislone Engine Treatment. Other Rislone products include Rislone Ring Seal and Rislone 2-Cycle Engine Oil.

The Bar’s Leaks line is known for its cooling system additives, but also includes stop-leak solutions for engine oil, transmission and power steering systems, as well as hydraulic jacks.
