MIDLAND, MI — The University of the Aftermarket is now registering applicants for its “Balancing Objectives and Measurements” workshop to be held Aug. 21-22 in Troy, MI.
This multi-faced leadership course (#G557), led by Chuck Udell, senior partner at Essential Action Design Group, provides aftermarket professionals with the skills and tools needed to increase employee productivity to positively influence core business goals. The seminar, designed specifically for aftermarket businesses that are challenged to meet the same or bigger goals with fewer resources, teaches powerful analysis techniques to meet any objective. Participants will learn target setting and analysis capabilities within the “Three Clarities”: Clarity of Direction, Clarity of Structure and Clarity of Measurement.
The workshop will provide take-away tools, forms and aids to assist in the development of tasks, budgets, measurements, opportunities and individual employee performance reviews.
Workshop participants will earn 1.2 continuing education units (CEU), which can be applied to a professional designation such as Automotive Aftermarket Professional (AAP) and Master Automotive Aftermarket Professional (MAAP).
