B&M Automotive Group Acquires Flowmaster Inc.

Newest addition to B&M Automotive Group adds performance exhaust to company's lineup of top-tier aftermarket products.

SANTA ROSA, Calif. – The B&M Automotive Group has announced the addition of Flowmaster Inc. to its portfolio of iconic industry brands. Flowmaster Inc. will now become an integral part of the B&M Racing and Performance, Hurst Shifters and Hurst Driveline Conversions team of outstanding aftermarket brands.

"Flowmaster is an exciting acquisition for B&M from both a fit and synergy standpoint," said Nate Shelton, chief marketing officer, B&M Automotive Group. “We look forward to the product and business growth opportunities associated with this great brand."

Flowmaster is among the most recognized manufacturers in the automotive exhaust business. Founded in 1983 with nearly 30 years of U.S.-built product experience, Flowmaster products are synonymous with scientifically engineered mufflers and exhaust systems that improve power, torque and mileage. The company’s three facilities, totaling more than 400,000 square feet, are dedicated to producing exhaust products that are easy to install and provide immediate performance gains – features that dovetail perfectly with the other brands and products in the B&M Automotive Group portfolio.
