K&M Tire Inc. announced it has acquired Midtown Tire, located in Rochester, New York. The transaction has been closed and K&M Tire will begin operating from the Rochester, New York, warehouse effective today, Monday, May 23, 2022.
K&M Tire is a family-owned tire distributor with 32 distribution centers located throughout the Great Plains, Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and New England. Founded in 1970 in an Ohio farming community, the company employs more than 800 teammates and distributes more than 50 tire brands, including passenger, light truck, commercial truck, farm, and other tire segments. The company also offers tire equipment and accessories to its network of tire dealer customers across the United States. K&M Tire offers one of the industry’s leading associate dealer programs to its network of tire dealers under the Mr. Tire & Big 3 Tire brands.
