We’re currently seeking Automotive and Diesel Technicians to help us teach tomorrow’s industry leaders.

Automotive Instructors

Interested applicants MUST have a high school diploma (or its equivalent) and 7 years’ experience beyond entry-level in a related field OR an associate’s degree in the subject area to be taught and 4 years’ experience beyond entry-level in a related field within the last 10 years. Teaching experience is not required; successful applicants will receive the necessary training.

Related field experience could be in:
• Engine theory, valvetrain, cooling and lube.
• OBDII, emissions, electronic ignition, fuel systems, alternative fuels, hybrids and their operations.
• Supplemental restraints, A/C and service units.
• Basic electricity, electronics, meter usage and diagnosis.
• Hydraulics operation, automotive transmissions R&R and repair.
• Manual transmissions, clutches, drivelines, differentials, brakes and ABS.
• Steering, suspensions, alignment and tires.

Diesel Instructors
Interested applicants MUST have a high school diploma (or its equivalent) and 7 years’ experience beyond entry-level in a related field OR an associate’s degree in the subject area to be taught and 4 years’ experience beyond entry-level in a related field within the last 10 years. Teaching experience is not required; successful applicants will receive the necessary training.

Related field experience could be in:
• Diesel engines, diesel tune-up, engine brakes, turbos, and diagnostics in all aspects of the engine and its operation.
• Fuel systems and their operations.
• A/C and refrigeration units.
• Basic electricity, meter usage, and troubleshooting.
• Hydraulics operation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Manual and automatic transmissions, clutches, drivelines, air brakes, and ABS.
• Steering and suspensions.
