MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Automotive Distribution Network will host its 2009 National Convention Feb. 26 through March 1, 2009, at the Nashville Convention Center in downtown Nashville, Tenn.
According to Mike Lambert, president of the Network, this is the first time the event will occupy a convention center, providing 30,000 square feet of meeting space and more than 40,000 square feet for the manufacturers’ exposition.
“Nashville is the home of country music, and the hotels are just steps away from the historic Second Avenue District, which boasts the city’s most popular honkytonks and live entertainment,” said Lambert. “Nashville is one of those great American cities that is so laid back that everyone can feel at home, yet it’s exciting enough to be considered a fun getaway.”
For 2009, the Network is working to top its last convention, Fusion ’07, which attracted more than 1,200 independent auto stores, service dealers, WDs and vendor partners as well as the Network’s international associate members based in Canada and Mexico. As always, the 2009 Network National Convention will feature industry-leading seminar speakers and first-class entertainment.
