Automotive Aftermarket Holding Co. Becomes Network Shareholder

A wholly-owned subsidiary of Marubeni Corp., AAHC joined the Network as part of the company’s ongoing strategy to grow their business, said Mike Wiegand, vice president of purchasing and supply chain for Automotive Aftermarket Holding Co.

Automotive Network - LogoAutomotive Aftermarket Holding Co. (AAHC) recently joined the Automotive Distribution Network as a shareholder member, according to David Prater, president of the Network.

“The addition of AAHC as a shareholder will help boost the Network’s purchase volume on nontraditional product lines while providing opportunities for joint purchasing through the Network Products co-op warehouse,” said Prater. “It’s a win-win partnership for both AAHC and the Network.”

“AAHC has experienced significant growth over the past several years, and we feel the Network is the right partner to expand along with us,” said Wiegand. “AAHC’s focus has been high volume and velocity commodity products whereas most of the Network members are focused on traditional hard parts, so we complement each other really well. Together, we can continue to help grow our respective businesses.”
