Auto International Association Accepting Nominations For 2014 AIA People Awards

The awards will be presented at the AIA Luncheon and Awards Program on Wednesday, Nov. 5 at the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) in Las Vegas.

BETHESDA, Md. – The Auto International Association (AIA), a segment of the Auto Care Association, is now accepting nominations for the 2014 AIA People Awards. The AIA People Awards honor the excellence of individuals in the import auto care industry. The awards include the Hall of Fame Award, AIA Lifetime Industry Achievement Award, Young Executive of the Year Award and the Peter Klotz AIA Person of the Year Award.
 
“AIA takes pride in recognizing our industry’s key leaders through our programs and events,” said Steve Bearden, chairman, AIA. “Our annual awards program is a wonderful forum to recognize those individuals who have made great contributions to our industry. We encourage nominations in any category for which you are aware of a deserving candidate.”
 
The awards will be presented at the AIA Luncheon and Awards Program on Wednesday, Nov. 5 at the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) in Las Vegas. The nomination form includes the purpose and qualifications for each award, and a list of past recipients. The nomination deadline is July 31.
