Auto Care’s Mfg. Rep. Council to Host Business Outlook Webinar

The webinar is scheduled for Feb. 28, from 2-3 p.m. ET.

The Auto Care Association’s Manufacturers’ Representative’s Council announced it will host its annual business outlook webinar that will look at relevant challenges and opportunities for the year ahead, Feb. 28 from 2 p.m. – 3 p.m. ET.

Titled “2024 Business Outlook: Top Emerging Challenges and Opportunities,” the webinar will feature aftermarket industry thought leaders who will provide valuable insights for businesses and the wider industry landscape, according to the Auto Care Association.

Discussion topics will include: 

Right to Repair Act HR906 
-An update on where we are now with Right to Repair; and
-How you can help preserve our critical access to repair data.

The evolving importance of training technicians and business owners
-A look at how and why the importance of technician training has evolved; and
-How independent repair shops are trying to stay ahead of this.

The changing industry landscape
-An overview of the industry’s merger and acquisition landscape; and
-Discussion on the significance of these expansions in the automotive aftermarket.

The webinar’s featured speakers will include: 
-Lisa Foshee, senior vice president, government affairs and general counsel, Auto Care Association;
-Vic Tarasik, managing partner, Shop Owner Coach; and
-Brian Cruickshank, partner, Schwartz Advisors
