HOTLINE TRAINING TECHNICIAN
AAMCO is looking to compliment our team with a Super Automotive Technician. You must have a minimum of 10 years extensive expertise in the rebuilding, diagnosing, and updating of all current automotive systems. You must also have extensive experience in root-cause analysis, pinpoint diagnostic processes, and efficient, quality repair. Become part of our Technical Hotline Coaching team of Master Certified experts to our 900 franchised centers.
The majority of our assistance is extended through our technical Hotline process, technical publications, e-learning content, and seminar training which concentrate primarily on automatic transmission, drivability and electrical process and problem solving.
Requirements
· Have extensive diagnostic and repair knowledge.
· Experience with all remaining mechanical and electrical systems on automobiles and light trucks. Most auto manufacturers’ vehicles and their systems are supported by our AAMCO centers.
· Written technical publications, in field training, and group training seminar responsibilities will also be included in the positional responsibilities
· Some travel expected periodically.
· Hours are normally a 5 day work week, 9am – 6pm West Coast Time, with rotating Saturdays to noon.
· Salary plus group related performance bonuses.
· Spanish bilingual capability a plus
· ASE Master Certification, with L1 a strong plus.
