arnott-quatro-coilArnott Air Suspension Products has announced the introduction of a revised Coil Spring Conversion Kit for the 2001-’05 Audi A6 and Audi allroad quattro (C5 Chassis, Type 4B).

Arnott’s new coil spring conversion kit – Arnott Part No. C-2718 – is exclusively designed for older Audi A6 and Audi allroad quattro models with air suspension. The kit converts all four Audi air struts on the vehicle to a more reliable coil spring strut combination, according to the company. For ride quality, the kit includes new custom-valved, application-specific shock absorbers. The Audi front coil spring assemblies include new upper mounts.

Part No. C-2718 includes Arnott’s patents-pending Electronic Bypass Module (EBM) to turn off dashboard suspension warning lights. To maximize efficiency, Arnott’s aftermarket coil spring struts are preassembled and ready for easy installation, the company says, eliminating the need for special tools or the use of a dangerous spring compressor. The kit retails for $1,249.58 and is backed by Arnott’s exclusive Limited Lifetime Warranty in North America and the European Union.

Product features include:

  • Custom-valved shock absorbers
  • CNC-machined aluminum seats
  • New front upper mounts
  • Powder-coated coil springs
  • Pre-assembled for easy installation
  • Engineered and assembled in the U.S.
  • Includes exclusive EBM to turn off dash panel warning lights

Arnott offers an array of new and remanufactured aftermarket replacement parts for Audi vehicles.
