Advance Auto Parts Elects Fiona Dias to its Board of Directors

Dias has been in her current role with GSI Commerce since 2007.

ROANOKE, Va. — Advance Auto Parts announced that Fiona Dias, executive vice president, partner strategy and marketing for GSI Commerce Inc., a provider of e-commerce and interactive marketing services, has been elected to its board of directors. Dias has also been appointed to serve on the finance committee for the board of directors.

“We are delighted to welcome Fiona to our board of directors,” said Jack Brouillard, chairman of the board for Advance Auto Parts. “Fiona is a veteran retailer, marketer and a recognized leader in multi-channel e-commerce marketing and interactive marketing. We look forward to her contributions to our board and to Advance Auto Parts.”

Dias has been in her current role with GSI Commerce since 2007. Dias served as executive vice president and chief marketing officer at Circuit City Stores Inc., a specialty retailer of consumer electronics and as president, Circuit City Direct from March 2003 to April 2005 and senior vice president, marketing from November 2000 to March 2003. Prior to 2000, Dias held senior marketing positions with PepsiCo, Pennzoil-Quaker State and Procter & Gamble. She also serves as a director of Choice Hotels Inc.
