Activant Offering Free Webinars for WDs, Jobbers Worried About Sales and Margin Erosion

LIVERMORE, Calif. – Automotive replacement parts distributors and jobbers that are concerned about sales and profit margin erosion due to increased competition and challenging economic conditions are invited to attend a series of free webinars being offered by Activant Solutions Inc.

Activant developed the webinar series to help business owners and managers explore new ways to increase sales and profitability by significantly improving customer service levels and overall efficiency. The first webinar in the series will explore the features of the Activant Eagle for the Aftermarket solution, a comprehensive business management system engineered to help users save money, increase margins and dramatically improve customer satisfaction.

“Our webinars are designed to help enable participants to determine how their existing systems compare to solutions that are being implemented by their peers across North America,” said Tom Aliotti, vice president and general manager of the Activant automotive business. “Our primary purpose is to help participants understand how many of their peers are using innovative solutions to significantly improve their competitiveness in today’s market.”

The free Activant webinar sessions run approximately one hour in length and are open to any aftermarket distributor or jobber professional that has access to the Internet. The Activant Eagle for the Aftermarket webinar is available on an ongoing basis as classes are filled. To register for one of these sessions, qualified participants simply need to visit www.activant.com/autoeaglewebinars.
