The Automotive Aftermarket Charitable Foundation (AACF), a nonprofit dedicated to assisting individuals in the automotive aftermarket industry and their families, announced that golf professionals Boden Lafko and Keith Hawkins, the 2022 Amateur World Champion, will attend the AACF Charity Golf Tournament. The event is scheduled to take place at the Spanish Trail Country Club in Las Vegas on October 30.
The tournament is expected to host over 200 participants, who will have a chance to win a trip to Pebble Beach, California. The prize package includes airfare, a two-night stay at The Lodge at Pebble Beach and three rounds of golf, valued at $5,000. By donating to the AACF, participants can also select either Lafko or Hawkins to tee off for them at two designated long driver holes.
Jeff Helfrich, golf committee chairman, expressed the foundation’s enthusiasm about the event.
“Our goal is to offer engaging experiences for our participants while expressing gratitude for their support towards the AACF and the automotive aftermarket sector,” Helfrich said. “Having professional players present introduces an element of friendly competition and offers a unique prize opportunity.”
