A leading international tire manufacturer is expanding its business in the U.S. and is looking to fill several key positions, including Sr. VP Sales & Marketing.

This is a tremendous opportunity for growth. Bachelor’s degree, 15+ years required. MBA a plus. Automotive/tire industry experience is a plus. The ability to travel is necessary. A proven track record of increasing revenue and sales productivity is a requisite. Position in Wayne, N.J. corporate office.

Key accountabilities will include:
• Strategic planning in sales and marketing functions
• Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions
• Policy development, programs, proposals and policies
• Manage major and critical developing client accounts and coordinate the management of all other accounts
