The Key Account Manager will focus on the Automotive Aftermarket segment providing sales, service and marketing coordination to a selected strategic account.

The Key Account Manager will focus on the Automotive Aftermarket segment providing sales, service and marketing coordination to a selected strategic account. Candidate responsibilities include:
 
a.       Working with independent sales representatives and utilizing market analysis, create new business development plans to increase market share.
 
b.      Responsible for profitably meeting sales objectives for the region.
 
c.       Develop, implement, and execute a sales and marketing plan for each customer in the region.
 
d.      Responsible for merchandising, marketing, and promoting the sale of automotive lighting products.
 
e.      Attains and applies a broad scope of competitive market conditions and provides feedback to sales management in order to integrate region and company objectives and strategies. 
 
f.        Provides coaching on training, sales plan development and implementation and training and promotional support, and acts as a resource on technical/industry and competitor knowledge to all reps servicing the region. 
 
g.       Maintain expenses within allocated budget.
 
Requirements:
                7 – 10 years of automotive aftermarket sales experience. Lighting experience a plus
                Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience. 
Advanced level of selling skills in negotiation, closing, presentation and persuasion.  Proven record of establishing and maintaining long-term sales relationships.  Excellent organizational abilities in territory management.
Computer skills that exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Word and advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and oral communication skills. 
                Possesses in-depth knowledge of industry, market conditions and customer base.
Ability to travel internationally. 
 
POSITION CAN BE LOCATED NEAR A MAJOR METROPOLITAN AREA IN THE WESTERN PART OF THE US.
