SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Schwartz Advisors LLC, an M&A advisory and management consulting firm focused on the automotive aftermarket, has announced the addition of four new members.
“Our team now consists of four partners and seven affiliates. The 11 members of the Schwartz Advisors team brings together a wealth of aftermarket experience under one roof,” commented Rick Schwartz, managing partner.
The Schwartz Advisors leadership team includes Mort Schwartz, Ray Datt, Rick Schwartz and Lou Basenese, the firm’s newest Schwartz Advisors partner. Basenese is former CEO of Meguiar’s, and a 30-year veteran of the aftermarket.
“We also have seven ‘affiliate partners’ who have an incredible depth of knowledge and operating experience in the aftermarket,” added Schwartz.
The newest Schwartz Advisors affiliates include Rick Keister, former CEO of Keystone Automotive Industries and president of the Remy International Aftermarket Automotive Group; Larry Samuelson, former president of the NAPA Automotive Group; and Gary Paulson, former president of the TBC Private Brands division of TBC Corp.
Other Schwartz Advisors affiliates include Malcolm Davidow, Steve Ganster, John Passante and Glenn Martin.
