Delphi Names Additional Members to Company’s Board of Managers

Nicholas Donofrio, Mark Frissora and Thomas Sidlik were recently appointed to the 10-member board.

TROY, Mich. — Delphi Automotive LLP has made additional appointments to the company’s board of managers.

The new members are:

Nicholas Donofrio, 64, retired executive vice president, Innovation & Technology at International Business Machines Corp. (IBM). Donofrio began his career at IBM in 1964, and worked at the company for more than 40 years in various positions of increasing responsibility, including division director; divisional vice president for advanced workstations; general manager, Large Scale Computing Division; and senior vice president, Technology & Manufacturing. Donofrio also serves on the boards of the Bank of New York Mellon Corp., Advanced Micro Devices and Liberty Mutual Holding Co. Inc. He earned a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Syracuse University.

Mark Frissora, 54, chairman and CEO of Hertz Global Holdings Inc. Prior to joining Hertz in 2006, Frissora served as chairman and CEO of Tenneco Inc. from 2000. Frissora previously served for five years as a vice president at Aeroquip-Vickers Corp. From 1987 to 1991, he held various management positions at Philips N.V., including director of marketing and director of sales. Prior to Philips, he worked for 10 years at General Electric Co. in brand management, marketing and sales. He also is a member of the board of directors of Walgreens. Frissora holds a B.A. degree from The Ohio State University, with studies focused on business and communications. He has completed advanced studies at both the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and the Thunderbird International School of Management.

Thomas Sidlik, 60, retired from the DaimlerChrysler AG Board of Management in Germany in 2007. He served as the chairman of Eastern Michigan University from 2007 to 2009. Previously, he served as chairman and CEO of Chrysler Financial Corp., chairman of the Michigan Minority Business Development Council and vice-chairman of the National Minority Supplier Development Council in New York. He currently serves on the boards of Eastern Michigan University and the Detroit Institute of Arts. He received a B.S. in finance and banking with honors from New York University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

The board is chaired by Jack Krol, former chairman of DuPont and lead director for Tyco International Ltd. Previously named members of the board include Gary Cowger, Rajiv Gupta, J. Randall MacDonald, Sean Mahoney, Michael McNamara and Lawrence Zimmerman.
