Industry Veteran Dave Stephens Retires from Perfection Clutch

Mike Hartney appointed director of sales and marketing.

TIMMONSVILLE, S.C. – Perfection Clutch Co. has announced that industry veteran Dave Stephens, senior VP of sales and marketing, will retire on June 30. Stephens spent 42 years in dedicated service to Perfection and amassed a long list of accomplishments during his tenure. Post-retirement, Stephens will continue to be available to Perfection as a consultant.
 
In conjunction with Stephens’ retirement, Perfection has announced the appointment of Mike Hartney to the position of director of sales and marketing. Hartney brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and product development, specifically in the areas of clutch, drivetrain and undercar hard parts in the automotive aftermarket. Hartney previously worked for Schaeffler Group USA Inc. in the role of the director of sales and marketing for the North American Aftermarket, representing the brands LuK, INA and FAG.
