MEMPHIS, Tenn. The Automotive Distribution Network (ADN) has named John Rutland its new president of Network Products and executive vice president of the association.
According to Mike Lambert, president of the Network, Rutland’s background will serve the Network well in its pursuit of new opportunities in co-manufacturing.
“As we launch our new Network Products co-manufacturing initiative, John’s vast experience will greatly benefit the Network as we embark on these progressive new opportunities,” Lambert said. “John is a respected executive in the automotive aftermarket, with expertise in many facets of the industry. I’m going to enjoy working with him.”
Rutland has roots to the Network, previously serving as VP of corporate development for Uni-Select USA. In his new role, Rutland plans to help establish Network Products as the best supplementary warehouse possible for the Network, enabling members to improve on their return on assets.
“This is an exciting challenge, and I’m looking forward to strengthening my relationships with my colleagues at Network Products and ADN, as well as with our members and our valued manufacturer partners," Rutland said. “Network Products is the result of a strategy that has been discussed for a long time, and it feels great to be a part of this new journey.”
