Nick Notte Named President of Sterling Autobody Centers

Notte brings more than 25 years of product knowledge and leadership to his new role as president of Sterling Autobody.

NORTHBROOK, Ill. – Nick Notte has been named president of Sterling Autobody Centers, a wholly owned subsidiary of Allstate Non-Insurance Holdings. As president, Notte will be responsible for overseeing operations for Sterling’s network of 60 autobody stores in 16 states and eight metropolitan locations. Notte replaces Sterling President Allan Robinson, who has been promoted to assistant vice president of Encompass Insurance.

Notte brings more than 25 years of product knowledge and leadership to his new role as president of Sterling Autobody. He previously served as director of auto process mastery/development at Allstate before holding various management positions in the company’s claims department and Priority Repair Option (PRO) program.

A respected authority in the collision repair industry, Notte has served as chairman of the board for the Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair (I-CAR), as secretary and treasurer for the Certified Auto Parts Association (CAPA), as a board member for the Collision Technician Apprentice Program (CTAP), as a sub-committee member for the National Association of Independent Insurers (NAII), on the auto physical damage sub-committee for the Insurance Services Organization (ISO), and he currently serves on the board of directors for the National Auto Body Council (NABC).
